There are many different breathing techniques you can practice to achieve a calm mind and inner peace.
This breathing technique is called "the little death" and it's just as
good for beginners as experienced.
This is how you can do it:
1) Breath in while counting silently to 7
2) Hold your breath and count to 7
3) Breath out while counting to 7
4) Hold your breath and count 7.
It is important that this "square breathing" is donein steady pace and that all the steps of the breathing are performed consecutively.
You should repeat the breathing process at least 7 times
